This fire engine red Rhythm/Latin dress will have all eyes on you! To begin, this v-neck dress has tan mesh along the neck. Underneath this is a row of silver glass bead fringe on top of a row of red glass bead fringe. The dress is made of a red mesh layered over a matching Lycra layer.
