Spider’s Web

Spider’s Web, an elegant all black Rhythm Latin ballroom dress. Firstly, this dress is made from a stretch knit fabric. It is two layers, with the bodysuit as the base layer, and fabric beautifully draping as the outer layer. Instead of sleeves, it has thick straps. The front of the dress has two necklines, with a sweetheart neckline being made from the bodysuit, and a cascading cowl below. In contrast, the back has a deep plunging neckline, creating an open back with several elastic straps. The intertwining of the elastic straps is what gave us the idea for the name, Spider’s Web. Furthermore, the entire bodice is gathered creating a fabulous contoured and slimming effect. The skirt flares with a lustrous ribbon hem. Lastly, the dress has built-in bra cups.

Embellishments on this Rhythm Latin ballroom dress make it a stunning little black ballroom dress! To begin, the dress has large specialty AB European crystals in a variety of diamond-like and rectangular shapes. They hug the neckline on both the front and back, along with Jet Hematite crystals. Even the elastic straps on the back of the dress shine with crystals! Additionally, the necklines have appliqués made with high end crystals and gold beading. The best thing about this dress, is it is a rental!

Go glamorous with black and gold, a luxurious color combination. Black is slimming while gold is a rich and vibrant color. The color combination is a winner on the runway. Priyanka Chopra shone in an Arpan Vohra black and gold dress at the London Fashion Week runway, featuring gold embellishments creating columns against the back gown. Naomi Watts made jaw drops with an Alexander McQueen open back gold halter and long lustrous black crepe skirt. Try the lavish color combo at the next ballroom event!
