Twirl the Tux

Twirl the Tux, a Tuxedo ballroom dress by Chrisanne. Firstly, this all white Smooth Standard dress made from a combination of fabrics. A sheer mesh makes up the long sleeves, as well as the back bodice. The front bodice and hips are made from a lustrous spandex fabric. Features include a v-neckline, and form fitting princess seams. Furthermore, the skirt of the dress is made with godets and several layers of fabric for a beautiful flare silhouette. The outermost layer of the godets is made from a sheen satin. Lastly, the dress has built-in bra cups and bodysuit.

The embellishments on this are made to look like a tuxedo. Swarovski stones in Crystal form the lapels, welt pockets, and outline of a blazer. Additionally, the back of the dress has several silver buttons going down the center, and ending with a heart made from Swarovski crystals. The back looks like a wedding dress and suit combined. Swarovski crystals also form polka dots throughout the dress, from the mesh long sleeves to the bodice of the dress. The accessories on this tuxedo ballroom dress include wristbands with attached floats and cuffs. The accessories allow it to transition from a Smooth to a Standard dress.

The monochrome white trend and the modern women’s suit trend, just combined to create the white suiting trend. So many gorgeous white suits went down the Spring 2020 runways, showing off, women know how to rock a suit too! Jonathan Simkhai created very neutral looks, with simple silhouettes and meticulous tailoring, inviting any woman to wear his suits. Alexander McQueen created a lacy white suit exuding romance and texture. Victoria Beckham’s suit was a blast from the past, with a cascading scarf around the neck. This dress is perfect to bring this trend to the ballroom floor!
