1) Fill out the Reservation Request and submit. If you are unsure of any fields, put Unknown.

2) If paying by check, write a check to Encore Ballroom Couture for the full amount of your selected service.

3) Place each dress and any accompanying accessories inside a plastic zip top bag and put inside your shipping box. Also include an envelope with your check in it.

4) Please view our Shipping Information to help you decide the best method of shipping. Email the tracking number and ship date to us, so that we can anticipate delivery.

5) Once we receive your dress(es) you will get an email confirmation from us!

WHY SHOULD I CARE ABOUT WHATS IN THE PRODUCTS USED TO CLEAN MY DRESS?

DO YOU OFFER ANY DISCOUNTS?

Yes, as a courtesy, if you purchased the dress from Encore Ballroom Couture, the spa rejuvenation will be $195.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY DRESS?

Our normal turnaround time is 2-3 weeks, depending on availability of supplies.

IS RUSH PROCESSING AND DELIVERY AVAILABLE?

Yes, we do provide rush processing for a fee of $75.  We will process and ship your dress within one week. Certain dresses with specialty embellishments that need to be ordered may require more time, but you will be contacted if we feel that is the case.  Our services require a minimum of four days for processing.  You are able to select your preferred delivery method, including overnight shipping.

WHAT METHOD OF SHIPPING WILL BE USED TO RETURN MY DRESS?

We use FedEx as our shipping company of choice, and they do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. The package will arrive same day, or within 1-7 business days, per your request. It will be delivered with direct signature required, so please provide an address you can be reached at during business hours. The shipping cost will be charged to the credit card or FedEx account number you provide on your Reservation. If charging the shipping cost, please note it will show on your credit card statement as a separate charge. We will email your shipping invoice and tracking number to you once the package has shipped.

WHAT IF I DON'T KNOW IF THE FABRICS ON MY DRESS HAVE BEEN PREWASHED?

That is not a problem.  We evaluate each portion of your dress prior to commencing the cleaning process.

ONCE YOU RECEIVE MY DRESS WHAT HAPPENS?

Our Dress Spa Technicians evaluate your dress for cleaning and if any additional work might be necessary a cost sheet is prepared.  You will be contacted before any additional work is commenced or any orders for specialty embellishments are placed or sourced.

CAN I SEND ACCOMPANYING ACCESSORIES?

Yes, we would be happy to include your accompanying accessories in the cleaning process for your dress.

WHAT METHOD OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

Checks (personal, bank, company, or cashier’s) are our preferred method of payment. Please make checks payable to Encore Ballroom Couture. We also accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit cards. If you choose to pay by credit card, a %5 credit card processing fee will be added.

NOTE: We currently do not accept Discover or debit cards.
