PROCEDURE

1) Fill out this Dress Spa Reservation Request and submit.

2) Please box up and ship your dresses and any accompanying accessories to The Dress Spa.

3) Email the tracking number to EncoreBallroomCouture@gmail.com so that we may keep an eye out for the shipment — All shipments must have a tracking number.
4) Once your shipment is delivered to The Dress Spa, your dress will be processed.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Purchasing insurance for your package is completely up to your discretion. Each carrier offers different options for insuring packages. We would recommend placing each dress within a zip top bag in case your shipping box would get wet or would be exposed to moisture during transit.

Domestic Shipping

You may ship your dresses through FedEx, which is our preferred method of shipping. All shipments through FedEx come with a tracking number either Express or Ground. You may send your package with direct signature required. If you prefer this option, please email us and we will provide our studio address to ship to. (The United States Postal Service (USPS) does not allow FedEx shipments to P.O. boxes.) Once shipped, please email your tracking number, so that we can anticipate delivery.

You may ship your dresses through UPS Air or Ground. All shipments through UPS come with a tracking number. You may send your package with signature required. If you prefer this option, please email us and we will provide our studio address to ship to. (The United States Postal Service (USPS) does not allow UPS shipments to P.O. boxes.) Once shipped, please email your tracking number, so that we can anticipate delivery.

You may ship your dresses through the United States Postal Service (USPS) for delivery to our post office box. It is mandatory for you to send your USPS package with signature required and tracking number. Mail your dresses to Encore Ballroom Couture, Attn: Julie Wilson, P.O. Box 981, Annandale, VA 22003. Please email your tracking number, so that we can anticipate delivery. If you would like to ship to our studio address instead of our P.O. box through USPS, please email us and we will provide a studio address to ship to.

Please pay for the shipping label through your local shipping facility. You may use your account numbers for FedEx or UPS. We will email you once the dresses have been received.

International Shipping

International shipping can be done through TNT Post, DHL International, FedEx International, UPS Worldwide or any other reputable shipping company. Please ship your package with a tracking number and signature required upon delivery. Please email us and we will provide our studio address to ship to. (The United States Postal Service (USPS) does not allow anything other than USPS shipments to P.O. boxes.) Once shipped, email your tracking number, so that we can anticipate delivery.

Please pay for the shipping label through your local shipping facility. You may use your account numbers for FedEx, UPS, or other international shipping companies. We will email you once the dresses have been received.
Return Shipment

We will return your dresses to you through FedEx, which does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.  Dresses are delivered signature required, please provide an address that someone will be at during the day. We will email you the tracking number once shipped.

 

PENALTIES

  • If for any reason, your payment or return shipping cost cannot be processed there is a $75 penalty fee.

 

WARRANTIES

  • We make no warranties that once your dress has been submitted for cleaning, that it will be a candidate for cleaning. Once we receive your dress we will extensively pre-test it. In very rare cases, but based on previous experience, we may feel it is too risky to clean. If that is the case we will contact you immediately and specify the reasons.
  • We make no warranties that through our cleaning process all stains will be completely removed. If stains have remained on the fabric for a long period of time, permanent damage can occur.
  • We make no warranties that we can remove sun damage.
  • We make no warranties that we can fully remove very strong perfume odors, or cigarette odors.
  • We make no warranties that we can remove evidence of prior botched cleaning attempts, ex dye bleeding.
  • We make no warranties that we can remove damage from bodily excretions that have remained on the fabric of the dress. Certain bodily fluids can chemically react with the dye in the fabric and bleach out the color.
  • We make no warranties that we can remove bleach stains.

CLAUSES

1) All cleaning decisions are strictly at the discretion of ENCORE BALLROOM COUTURE LLC and are deemed non-negotiable and final.

2) ENCORE BALLROOM COUTURE LLC does not offer professional discounts on cleaning or clearing services or shipping cost of dresses.

3) ENCORE BALLROOM COUTURE LLC cannot be held liable for the condition of the dresses.

4) All accessories accompanying the dresses will be held to this agreement.

5) This Reservation Request is strictly between you and ENCORE BALLROOM COUTURE LLC.

6) There will be complete confidentiality concerning all personal information provided to ENCORE BALLROOM COUTURE LLC.

7) Julie Wilson as Owner of ENCORE BALLROOM COUTURE LLC, reserves the right to make all final decisions in all matters concerning this company.

8) ENCORE BALLROOM COUTURE LLC abides by the rules and regulations of the State of Virginia. Any court action brought forth or involving ENCORE BALLROOM COUTURE LLC, must be presented and resolved in Fairfax County, in the State of Virginia.
