This “Make An Offer” Contract only pertains to dresses located in our Dancing With The Stars Collection. Once your offer has been submitted, we will respond to you as quickly as possible.

We use FedEx as our shipping company of choice, and they do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Dresses are delivered signature required, please provide an address you can be reached at during business hours. We will email the tracking number once shipped. Your bill to and ship to addresses may be different. Shipping cost will appear as a separate transaction on your credit card statement unless using a FedEx Account Number.

Terms & Conditions
PROCEDURE 1) Fill out this Make An Offer Contract and submit. 2) If you currently have the dress in your possession, please keep the dress and if you have other dresses you are not purchasing, please ship them back. Once the Make An Offer Contract is submitted, we will present the offer immediately to the owner of the dress. Once notified that your offer has been accepted, our preferred method of payment is by check. Make checks payable to Encore Ballroom Couture. Please include the check with the dress(es) you are returning. If you do not have other dresses to return, please mail check to Encore Ballroom Couture, Attn: Julie Wilson, P.O. Box 981, Annandale, VA 22003. If you are paying by credit card, we will use the information you provide on the Purchase Contract. There will be an additional 5% processing fee on the purchase price of the dress if you are paying by credit card. For international clients we will also accept an International Wire Transfer. Please contact us for our bank information if you would like to choose this option. Sometimes there are fees involved with International Wire Transfers; you will be responsible for these fees. If you do not currently have the dress in your possession, once the Make An Offer Contract has been submitted and accepted, the dress will be prepared for mailing and identified as sold. Our preferred method of payment is by check. Make checks payable to Encore Ballroom Couture and mail to Encore Ballroom Couture, Attn: Julie Wilson, P.O. Box 981, Annandale, VA 22003. Once the check has been received and processed, the dress will be shipped to you. If you prefer to pay by credit card, once the Make An Offer Contract has been submitted and accepted and credit card payment is processed, the dress will be prepared and shipped to you. There will be an additional 5% processing fee on the agreed upon purchase price of the dress if you are paying by credit card. For international clients we will also accept an International Wire Transfer. Please contact us for our bank information if you would like to choose this option. Sometimes there are fees involved with International Wire Transfers; you will be responsible for these fees. We will process the shipping cost as a separate charge on your credit card and send you a copy of the receipt, unless you provide a FedEx Account number. 3) NOTE: No prior rental fees will be subtracted from Quick Sale dresses. 4) NOTE: You may purchase a dress at any time. SHIPPING INFORMATION 1) Dresses are delivered signature required, please provide an address that someone will be at during the day. We use FedEx as our shipping company, and they do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. We will email the tracking number once shipped. Your bill to and ship to addresses may be different. Shipping cost will appear as a separate transaction on your credit card statement unless using a FedEx Account Number. 2) The price of the shipment depends on the following factors: dimensions of the box (height, width, and length), weight of shipment, distance to destination, amount of time to destination. Once the package has been prepared and is at the shipping facility, only then will we know the price of shipping. Once back to the Dress Studio, we will process payment and email you the tracking number. CANCELLATIONS 1) No cancellations are accepted on purchases. All sales are final. PENALTIES 1) If for any reason, your check is returned due to insufficient funds, there is a $75 fee. CLAUSES 1) If the offer is declined by the owner of the dress, this contract is null and void. 2) Quick Sale dresses are not available for rent, they are purchase only! 3) If a dress you want to purchase is under contract for try-on, the purchase will take priority. Our client will be notified immediately and have the option to choose a different dress for try-on. 4) The try-on fee and shipping costs DO NOT go towards the purchase of the dress. 5) ENCORE BALLROOM COUTURE LLC does not offer professional discounts on the purchase of a dress. 6) ENCORE BALLROOM COUTURE LLC will not be held liable for any injury or malfunction encountered while wearing or in possession of the dresses. 7) ENCORE BALLROOM COUTURE LLC cannot be held liable for the condition of the dresses. 8) All accessories accompanying the dresses will be held to this agreement. 9) This Make An Offer Contract is strictly between you and ENCORE BALLROOM COUTURE LLC. 10) There will be complete confidentiality concerning all personal information provided to ENCORE BALLROOM COUTURE LLC. 11) You will pay any court and attorney costs related to legal proceedings to recoup fees. 12) Julie Wilson as Owner of ENCORE BALLROOM COUTURE LLC, reserves the right to make all final decisions in all matters concerning this company. 13) ENCORE BALLROOM COUTURE LLC abides by the rules and regulations of the State of Virginia. Any court action brought forth or involving ENCORE BALLROOM COUTURE LLC, must be presented and resolved in Fairfax County, in the State of Virginia.

You authorize and consent to the payment of the agreed upon amount. You authorize full payment and the 5% credit card processing fee to be charged to your credit card, OR to pay by check (saving the 5% credit card processing fee) by mailing payment, OR for International clients to pay by credit card or International Wire Transfer and any wire transfer fees, after submission of this form. You certify you have the authority to use the credit card provided in this contract. In addition you authorize the processing of your selected delivery preference (if applicable) and the charging of the shipping cost to the credit card or FedEx Account number you have provided. All sales are final.
