Please make your dress selections wisely. Consider if it is a good fit to be on consignment with Encore Ballroom Couture LLC, or better as a donation to this program. Encore will not clean or refurbish the dresses prior to shipment to the program unless you submit them to The Dress Spa first. The dresses should be dance ready. If you have any questions about which dresses to submit, you are welcome to send photos in an email to EncoreBallroomCouture@gmail.com for consideration and guidance.

We currently use FedEx Ground as our preferred method of shipping for all dress donations from Encore Ballroom Couture to the GOLD STARS program. If using a FedEx account, no charges will be processed on your credit card.

Terms & Conditions

PROCEDURE
Fill out this Donation Contract and submit.
Please box up and ship your dresses and any accompanying accessories to our Dress Studio.
Once shipped, please email us the ship date and tracking number so that we may keep an eye out for it. — All shipments must have a tracking number.
Once your shipment is delivered to our Dress Studio for donation, the appraisal will be completed. At this point, your dresses will become the property of the dance program.
Your appraisal and tax deductible donation form will be emailed — unless otherwise noted on the contract.

Shipping Information

Purchasing insurance for your package is completely up to your discretion. Each carrier offers different options for insuring packages. We would recommend placing each dress within a zip top bag in case your shipping box would get wet or would be exposed to moisture during transit.

Domestic Shipping You may ship your dresses through FedEx, which is our preferred method of shipping. All shipments through FedEx come with a tracking number either Express or Ground. You may send your package with direct signature required. If you prefer this option, please email us and we will provide our studio address to ship to. (The United States Postal Service (USPS) does not allow FedEx shipments to P.O. boxes.) Once shipped, please email your tracking number, so that we can anticipate delivery.

You may ship your dresses through UPS Air or Ground. All shipments through UPS come with a tracking number. You may send your package with signature required. If you prefer this option, please email us and we will provide our studio address to ship to. (The United States Postal Service (USPS) does not allow UPS shipments to P.O. boxes.) Once shipped, please email your tracking number, so that we can anticipate delivery. You may ship your dresses through the United States Postal Service (USPS) for delivery to our post office box. It is mandatory for you to send your USPS package with signature required and tracking number.

Mail your dresses to Encore Ballroom Couture, Attn: Julie Wilson, P.O. Box 981, Annandale, VA 22003. Please email your tracking number, so that we can anticipate delivery. If you would like to ship to our studio address instead of our P.O. box through USPS, please email us and we will provide a studio address to ship to. Please pay for the shipping label through your local shipping facility. You may use your account numbers for FedEx or UPS. We will email you once the dresses have been received.

International Shipping International shipping can be done through TNT Post, DHL International, FedEx International, UPS Worldwide or any other reputable shipping company. Please ship your package with a tracking number and signature required upon delivery. Please email us and we will provide our studio address to ship to.

(The United States Postal Service (USPS) does not allow anything other than USPS shipments to P.O. boxes.) Once shipped, email your tracking number, so that we can anticipate delivery. Please pay for the shipping label through your local shipping facility. You may use your account numbers for FedEx, UPS, or other international shipping companies. We will email you once the dresses have been received.

Penalty

If for any reason, your payment for shipping to the program cannot be processed there is a $75 penalty fee

Clauses

All appraisals are strictly at the discretion of ENCORE BALLROOM COUTURE LLC and are deemed non-negotiable and final.
Once your dresses have been received by ENCORE BALLROOM COUTURE LLC, they will not be returned to you for any reason. All donations are final!
ENCORE BALLROOM COUTURE LLC does not offer professional discounts on shipping of the dresses.
ENCORE BALLROOM COUTURE LLC will not be held liable for any injury or malfunction encountered in possession of the dresses.
ENCORE BALLROOM COUTURE LLC cannot be held liable for the condition of the dresses.
All accessories accompanying the dresses will be held to this agreement.
This Donation Contract is strictly between you and ENCORE BALLROOM COUTURE LLC.
There will be complete confidentiality concerning all personal information provided to ENCORE BALLROOM COUTURE LLC however, you authorize us to provide your name to the program so they can document the donation and provide you with a tax deductible donation form.
Julie Wilson as Owner of ENCORE BALLROOM COUTURE LLC, reserves the right to make all final decisions in all matters concerning this company.
ENCORE BALLROOM COUTURE LLC abides by the rules and regulations of the State of Virginia. Any court action brought forth or involving ENCORE BALLROOM COUTURE LLC, must be presented and resolved in Fairfax County, in the State of Virginia.
