Meow! This cheetah print Rhythm Latin ballroom dress by Designs to Shine is purr-fect made from a semi-sheer stretch knit. The sheer portion of the dress is a champagne nude, covered with buttery soft black cheetah spots. It is a two piece. Firstly, the top is a halter with a sweetheart neckline. It has a nude elastic strap that wraps around the neck, with hook and eye closure on the back. Secondly, the skirt is asymmetrical with an elastic waistband. The skirt is longer on the front with a slant hem on the back. Fabric gathers on the left hip, with a section of fabric that drapes. You can play with this fabric in your dance routine! Lastly, the dress has built-in bra cups and bottoms.
