Donations are acquired from our clients who are willing to do so as a tax deductable donation. The dresses donated will never appear on our website. The dresses on our website are for rent or purchase only – not for donation. We cannot accommodate specific requests for sizing or color.

ENCORE BALLROOM COUTURE LLC will not be held liable for any injury or malfunction encountered while wearing or in possession of the dresses.

ENCORE BALLROOM COUTURE LLC cannot be held liable for the condition of the dresses.

ENCORE BALLROOM COUTURE LLC cannot be held liable for lost, stolen or damaged dresses or any associated costs. Any changes in your character, purposes or method of operation should be reported immediately to our company as it could affect the possibility of receiving donations.

ENCORE BALLROOM COUTURE LLC abides by the rules and regulations of the State of Virginia. Any court action brought forth or involving ENCORE BALLROOM COUTURE LLC, must be presented and resolved in Fairfax County, in the State of Virginia. You will pay any court and attorney costs related to legal proceedings.
