This Designs to Shine ballroom dress is a Rhythm Latin dress. It is primarily made of two fabrics. Firstly, a caramel tan stretch fabric hugs the body and is the base layer for the dress. Secondly, a green stretch jersey fabric is the outermost layer, adding a pop of color. The emerald green fabric drapes beautifully from the front shoulder to the opposite hip, forming several deep cowls and a slant hem. Loose fabric drapes on the other hip, with fringe along side it. Furthermore, the jersey curves around the bust, wraps around the back, and forms a long dramatic slant hem. Lastly the back is very open, with two elastic straps meeting in the middle with a hook and eye, as well as, another piece of the jersey draping across the back.

The premium European crystals on this dress shine brightly! The nude fabric on Celtic Brass, has heavy stonework. On the front side and bust, every centimeter has crystals in AB and Topaz. Furthermore, the green jersey that wraps around the bust has large specialty AB crystals lining it. The rest of the nude fabric, including the elastic straps, has glistening stones in AB, Light Colorado Topaz, Topaz, and Dorado. The slant hem also shimmers with crystals. Finally, this dress has built-in bra cups and a bodysuit.
