The base layer of the dress is made from the turquoise fabric. It is form fitting, with a plunging neckline on both the front and back. Furthermore, several scarves cascade down the dress alternating between teal and turquoise. They run the full length of the dress, starting from the bust, and creating the skirt. Lastly, this short dance dress has built-in bra cups and a bodysuit.

Luxury high end stones matching the turquoise fabric shine brightly. The crystals are an iridescent blue, as well as, Blue Zircon. They heavily outline the neckline on the front and back, the thick straps, and armholes. Additionally, they scatter through out the dress, and adorn each and every cascading scarf.
