Shake and shimmy all night long in Hotsy Totsy, a rhythm latin dress by Dore. This fantastically fun dress begins with a black mesh neckline, with a triangular cutout at the chest. Next, the asymmetrical neckline has one long sleeve and the other side has a simple spaghetti strap. The wow factor on this dress is the print!
