Step into the limelight in this lime green smooth gown by Designs to Shine! Firstly, this vivid dress starts with a cowl neckline in a stretch lycra draping over top of a heavily bedazzled bodysuit. The lycra fabric is gathered onto the hip, where it is embellished with high end crystals in shades of blue and green. Bright blue swaths of chiffon float from the hips, adding movement to the dress. Additionally, he dress has long sleeves with a cold shoulder cut out detail on each shoulder.

Then, covered in bright feathers, the lime green skirt  flares out. Underneath this skirt are layers of blue crinoline to provide body and a surprise of color when you twirl. Lastly, the back of the dress has sheer mesh covered in swirling blue embellishments that twist into a gather around the hips. This dress also has a built in body suit and bra cups.
