‘Painted to Perfection’ is a true masterpiece that deserves a place in the Louvre. To begin, the gown features a sweetheart neckline with two hot pink elastic straps running horizontally to keep the bodice in place. In contrast, the back of the dress is completely open, up to the hips, where the skirt begins. Two elastic straps form a “X” on the back, secured with a hook and eye closure.  Finally, the dress features built-in bra cups. 

Simply referring to the stonework on this dress as “embellishments” would be an injustice, as it is a true work of art. Colorful premium crystals adorn every inch of the hot pink bodice, forming floral shapes and swirling patterns that give the dress the appearance of being painted with diamonds. The skirt is made of printed fabric that mimics the swirling and floral patterns. 

The swirling patterned skirt on this dress recalls the Y2K era, when bold and vibrant prints were popular. The combination of the intricate crystal embellishments and the nostalgic swirling patterned skirt creates a unique and captivating look that is sure to turn heads. As fashion trends often move in cyclical patterns, it is expected that fabrics once popular in past decades will make a comeback!
