Snap Crackle Pop!
This lime green Rhythm Latin dress is Snap Crackle Pop! A dress that looks so good, you’ll want to take a bite! To begin, this dress is a combination of a matching green stretch knit and mesh fabric. The knit fabric forms the majority of the dress, from the bodice to the skirt. The sheer mesh makes the long sleeves, and side panels on the bodice of the dress. Additional features include the top of bra cups peaking out on the front, and a deep open back. Furthermore, the skirt is asymmetrical, with ruching on the back hips, and the center of the skirt being longer than the rest of it on the front and the back.
The embellishments on this lime green Rhythm Latin dress are also playful and bright. Firstly, shining European crystals in AB, Peridot, and Citrine shine where ever the knit fabric is, as well as the bra cups. Similarly, wherever there are luxurious crystals, vibrant gold sequins accompany them. Secondly, fluorescent green beads drape like fringe, outlining the front neckline, and the side hips. Thirdly, fringe drapes from the hem of the skirt, adding even more movement to the dress. Lastly, this dress has built-in bra cups and a bodysuit.
Asymmetry, one of the most interesting fashion trends, from one-shoulder blouses to dresses with a slant hem. It takes you in a different direction, and makes people think outside the lines. Helmut Lang took this trend to the runway with a collection full of mish-mashing lines that makes the viewer not want to look away. From dresses with cutouts on only one side to blazers that look like someone took a pair of scissors cutting off only the top right sleeve. This trend can make a simple silhouette edgy or take a familiar garment to an exciting new place!
