This is for the submission of dresses to Encore Ballroom Couture for appraisal.

You may ship your dresses through FedEx, which is our shipping company of choice. All shipments through FedEx come with a tracking number. You may send your package with direct signature required. If you prefer this option, please email us and we will provide our studio address to ship to. (The United States Postal Service (USPS) does not allow FedEx shipments to P.O. Boxes.) Once shipped, please email your ship date and tracking number, so that we can anticipate delivery.

You may ship your dresses through UPS Air or Ground. All shipments through UPS come with a tracking number. You may send your package with signature required. If you prefer this option, please email us and we will provide our studio address to ship to. (The United States Postal Service (USPS) does not allow UPS shipments to P.O. Boxes.) Once shipped, please email your tracking number, so that we can anticipate delivery.

You may ship your dresses through the United States Postal Service (USPS) for delivery to our P.O. Box. It is mandatory for you to send your USPS package with signature required and tracking number. Mail your dresses to Encore Ballroom Couture, Attn: Julie Wilson, P.O. Box 981, Annandale, VA 22003. Please email your tracking number, so that we can anticipate delivery. If you would like to ship to our studio address instead of our P.O. Box through USPS, please email us and we will provide our studio address to ship to.

Please pay for the shipping label through your local shipping facility. You may use your account numbers for FedEx or UPS. We will email you once the dresses have been received.

Note: Purchasing insurance for your package is completely at your discretion. Each carrier offers different options for insuring packages.

Note: We would recommend placing each dress and any accompanying accessories within a plastic zip top bag in case your shipping box would get wet or be exposed to moisture during transit.

Note: Please remember to include a check inside your shipping box for your appraisal fee, $75 per dress, payable to Encore Ballroom Couture.

FedEx

FedEx SameDay: Same day cross-country: Delivered door to door within hours, USA only. Available 7 days a week, 365 days a year. To schedule a pickup call-1-800-399-5999 and someone will pick up the package within 1-2 hours. Depending on the destination ground transportation may be utilized or commercial flight, whichever is faster. This service is available to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

FedEx First Overnight: Earliest Next Business Morning: Delivered by 8:00 AM Mon-Sat in highly populated areas or by 10 AM Mon-Sat in less populated areas. Friday shipments will be delivered on Monday unless Saturday delivery is selected. Saturday pickup and delivery is available. Delivery is available from Alaska and Hawaii to many U.S. markets by 8 AM or 8:30 AM, depending on destination ZIP code. Delivery is also available to many Alaska markets by 9 AM. Not available to Hawaii.

FedEx Priority Overnight: Delivered by 10:30 AM Mon-Fri in highly populated areas or by 5 PM Mon-Fri in less populated areas. Friday shipments will be delivered on Monday unless Saturday Delivery is selected. Saturday pickup and delivery is available. Delivery on Saturday would be as early as 1:30 PM and as late as 4:30 PM. Delivery to and from many areas of Alaska and Hawaii in 1 or 2 business days.

FedEx Standard Overnight: Delivered by 3 PM Mon-Fri in highly populated areas or by 4:30 PM Mon-Fri in less populated areas. Saturday pickup is available, but Saturday delivery is NOT available. This service is available from Hawaii in 1 or 2 business days.

FedEx 2 Day AM: Second Business Morning: Delivered by 10:30 AM Mon-Fri in highly populated areas or by 12 PM Mon-Fri in less populated areas. Saturday pickup is available, but Saturday delivery is NOT available. Not available to Hawaii.

FedEx 2 Day: Second Business Afternoon: Delivered by 4:30 PM Mon-Fri in highly populated areas or 7 PM Mon-Fri in less populated areas. Thursday shipments will be delivered on Monday unless Saturday delivery is selected. Delivery is available to some rural areas of Alaska and Hawaii in 3 business days.

FedEx Express Saver: Third Business Day: Delivered by 4:30 PM Mon-Fri in highly populated areas or before 7 PM Mon-Fri in less populated areas. Saturday pickup is available, but Saturday delivery is NOT available. This service is not available to and from Alaska and Hawaii.

FedEx Ground: 1-7 Business Days: Delivered Mon-Fri in 1–5 business days within the contiguous U.S.; delivered Mon-Fri in 3–7 business days to and from Alaska and Hawaii. Delivery is by the end of the business day.

This option offers a full range of services, including international, surface, hand-carry or chartered aircraft. Call 1-800-714-8779 in the U.S to schedule a pickup.

UPS Next Day Air Early AM: Next Business Day Morning: Delivery as early as 8:00 AM in major cities, 8:30 or 9:00 AM to most other cities and delivery by 10 AM to additional locations. Saturday pickup and delivery is available.

UPS Next Day Air: Next Business Day: Delivery typically by 10:30 AM in major cities, 12:00 Noon in most other cities, or end of day in additional locations – depending on the destination. Saturday pickup and delivery is available.

UPS Next Day Air Saver: Next Business Day: Delivery at commercial destinations is typically by 3:00 PM or 4:30 PM where UPS Next Day Air delivery is committed by 10:30 AM or 12:00 noon, respectively. For residential destinations, next business day delivery will be made by end of day. (This is the most affordable service for next-day shipments.) Saturday pickup is available.

UPS 2nd Day Air AM: 2 Business Days: Delivery on the second business day by 10:30 AM or 12:00 Noon to most commercial destinations. Not available to residential destinations. Saturday delivery is available.

UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 Business Days: Delivery typically by end of the second business day. Saturday pickup and delivery is available.

United States Postal Service (USPS)

Priority Mail Flat Rate: 2 Day Delivery: With free shipping supplies, Flat Rate options, and no weighing or calculating, Priority Mail Flat Rate service is a simpler way to ship. This is the fastest and most affordable shipping option through USPS.

Parcel Post: 2-8 Day Delivery: This economical ground service is perfect when your delivery isn’t urgent, or your package is oversized.

Return Shipment

We use FedEx Ground as our preferred method of shipping, and they do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. The package will arrive within 1-7 business days. It will be delivered with direct signature required, so please provide an address you can be reached at during business hours. The shipping cost will be charged to the credit card or FedEx account number you provide on the Appraisal Request. If charging the shipping cost, please note it will show on your credit card statement as a separate charge. We will email your shipping invoice and tracking number to you once the package has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Options
